These display-only, non-editable fields default from the selected record line in the table window of the main screen.
This field displays the item ID of the selected item.
This field displays the revision of the selected item.
This field displays the U/M (unit of measure) associated with the selected item.
This field displays whether the item is "M" (Make) or "B" (Buy).
This field displays "Y" (Yes) or "N" (No) for the active status of this item.
These non-editable fields display information about the documents previously entered in the Maintain Documents screen and linked to parts in the Documents subtask of the Parts User Flow (Materials\Maintain\Items).
This field displays the document type code.
This field displays the document ID to which this part is linked.
This field displays the revision of the document to which this part is linked.
This field displays the name of the document associated with the document ID in the Document field.
This field displays the release status of the document to which this part is linked.
One of the following system-defined release status codes is displayed: "U" (Unreleased), "R" (Released), or "O" (Obsolete).
This field displays the document size code.
This field displays the document media code.
This field displays the CAGE ID code of the document.
This field displays the number of sheets the document uses.
This field displays the organization to which the document belongs.
This field displays the ID of the valid maintenance group for this document.
This field displays the location of the document.
Use the Open File icon to open the document in a new Internet browser window for viewing or revision.
The Browse for File icon is disabled for this field.
This field displays the date of the last ECN (Engineering Change Notice) implemented for this document.
This field displays as "Y" (Yes) if the document is included on an ECN (Engineering Change Notice) that is pending.
If the ECN is not pending, this field will display as "N" (No). If the document is not included on an ECN, this field will be blank.
This field displays the date on which the document will become effective for the item.
This field displays the date on which the document will stop being effective for the item.
This field displays the configuration ID of the part linked to this document.
This field will appear if the Use Configuration IDs checkbox is selected in the Corporate Settings subtask of the BOM Settings screen in Costpoint Bills of Material.
This field displays "Y" (Yes) or "N" (No) to indicate whether this document will be referenced on manufacturing order assembly sheets for this part.
This field displays "Y" (Yes) or "N" (No) to indicate whether this document will be referenced on routing travelers for this part.
This field displays "Y" (Yes) or "N" (No) to indicate whether this document will be referenced on receipt travelers for this part.
This field displays "Y" (Yes) or "N" (No) if this document is or is not to be referenced for this item on purchase orders, requisitions, and requests for quotes.
The BOM_CONFIG (Bill of Material Configuration) and DOCUMENT (Document) tables are the source tables whose data is evaluated when you access this subtask.
