Non-Contiguous Range Selections

What can I do in this subtask?

Use this subtask to enter non-contiguous employee records you want to mark for deletion.  You can select individual records or a record range.  This subtask is useful if you need to enter sequential and non-sequential employee records.  

After you enter your record selection, you should review this data carefully to ensure the list displays only records you want to include in the deletion process.  You may click the OK button if you are satisfied with your record specifications.  Clicking the OK button hides the subtask data.  Selecting the Non-Contiguous Range Selections link re-displays this information.

You must click the Action icon to execute the deletion process.

When should I use this subtask?

You must have generated records using the Create Retroactive Pay Timesheets application (People\Process\Timesheets) before you can execute this utility.

Field Descriptions

Employee Range Option *

Use this drop-down box to select the range option for your report.  The following options are available:

Start Employee

Enter, or use Lookup to select, the employee ID from which to start.

End Employee

Enter, or use Lookup to select, the ending employee ID.

* A red asterisk denotes a required field.

Table Information

Changes to this screen update the TS_HDR (Timesheet Header ) and the TS_LN (Timesheet Line) tables.

The PAY_TYPES (Pay Types), EMP_LAB_INFO (Employee Salary Information), EMPL (Employee), TS_HDR_HS (Timesheet History Header), and the TS_LN_HS (Timesheet History Line) are source tables whose data is evaluated before this utility is executed.
