Use this tab to enter performance review dates, military data, and other human resources information specific to the employee.
You must initialize the Employee Info tab before you can enter data in this screen.
Use the drop-down box to make a selection. Your choices are "M" (Male) or "F" (Female).

Your choices are: "Race Missing or Unknown," "Black or African American," "Asian," "Hispanic or Latino (White race only)," or "Hispanic or Latino (All other races)," "American Indian or Alaskan Native," "Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander," and "White."
Enter a one-character code to identify the marital status of the employee, such as "M" (Married) or "S" (Single).
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the visa type.
Visa Types are established in the Visa Types screen. If the employee does not have a visa, select "None."
Select this checkbox to designate the employee as disabled.
Enter, or use Calendar Lookup to select, the last performance review date.
Note: When you enter a new record, the following question displays: Use the Effective Date from this record to update the review dates?" If you answer OK to this question, this field will be updated with the data you entered in the Effective Date field. |

Use the fields in this group box to select the applicable military status for the employee. You can select more than one checkbox.
Select this checkbox to designate the employee as a Special Disabled Veteran.
This designation will appear in Affirmative Action reports.
Select this checkbox to designate the employee as a Vietnam Era Veteran.
This designation will appear in Affirmative Action reports.
Select this checkbox to designate the employee as an Other Protected Veteran.
This designation will appear in Affirmative Action reports.
Select this checkbox to designate the employee as a Reservist.
Enter, or use Calendar Lookup to select, the date the employee was discharged or released from active military duty.
Note: Since the Labor Settings screen is not available in this web version, you must make settings changes in the client/server version. After you complete your settings modifications, you must return to the web version and access the Reload Global Settings screen (Administration\Utilities\System Administration). This utility establishes continuity between the web and client/server environments. Select the appropriate checkbox and click the Action icon to execute synchronization. |
