Use this subtask to enter additional address and contact information for the employee.
You must initialize the Employee Info tab before you can enter data in this screen.
Type *
Use the drop-down box to make a selection. Your choices are "Emergency Contact 1," "Emergency Contact 2," "Home," "Office," "Other," "Overseas," and "Temporary."
Line 1 *
Enter up to 30 alphanumeric characters to identify the employee address.
You may use the Line 2 and Line 3 fields to enter additional address information.
Enter up to 30 alphanumeric characters to identify the employee address.
Enter up to 30 alphanumeric characters to identify the employee address.
Enter up to 25 alphanumeric characters to identify the city.
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the state abbreviation or province code for the address.
Enter the zip code or foreign postal code.
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the country code for the employee.
Click this pushbutton to close the subtask and return to the Employee User Flow screen.
