Use this subtask to employee deductions.
You must enter records in the Deductions screen before adding data in this subtask.
This non-editable field displays the employee deduction code; for example, "DNTLS" might represent an employee dental deduction code.
You may select the New Record icon to enter a new employee contribution record in the table window.
This non-editable field displays the description of the corresponding employee deduction code.
Method *
Use the drop-down box to make a selection. This method is used to calculate the deduction.
Rate *
Enter the rate or fixed amount.
Enter the calendar year limit to apply to this deduction.
Enter the priority, choosing a value from 1-99. The lower the value, the higher the priority.
Enter, or use Calendar Lookup to select, the start date. If you do not enter data in this field, the deduction will begin immediately.
Enter, or use Calendar Lookup to select, the through date.
Enter, or use Calendar Lookup to select, the end coverage date.
Select this pushbutton to close or hide the subtask.
