Use the New Line icon or select "Line." then "New Record" on the toolbar to activate this field.
Use the drop-down box to select a range type. Valid choices are "One," "Range," "From Beginning," and "To End."
Use Lookup to select a starting project.
Use Lookup to select an ending project.
