Use this subtask to view, add, or maintain contacts by customer.
You can use this screen to get a comprehensive view of the invoices sent and cash receipts received by customer.
You can also review or maintain contacts in the Customers screen (Accounting\Maintain\Customers).
Use this subtask whenever you need to add, edit, or view customer contacts for or collection purposes.
This non-editable field displays the invoice number for the selected row from the main screen.
This non-editable field displays the customer account number for the selected row from the main screen.
This non-editable field displays the customer name for the selected row from the main screen.
All fields in this table window are populated from the Contacts subtask of the Customers screen (Accounting\Maintain\Customers). You can enter new contacts in this subtask. In addition, all the fields are editable except the Contact ID field.
All the values you enter here will also be viewable in the Contacts subtask of the Customers screen (Accounting\Maintain\Customers).
This field contains a unique ID code for this customer contact's name and phone numbers. When printing invoices or bills, you can then have the bill sent to this ID's attention. For example: You could use a contact ID of "CONOFC" to identify the contracting officer for each customer.
Enter, or edit, the first name of the contact.
Enter, or edit, the last name of the contact. The table is sorted by this field.
Enter, or edit, the primary phone number for this contact.
Enter, or edit, the fax number for this contact.
Enter, or edit, any other phone number you need for this contact, e.g., an alternate line or main switchboard.
Enter, or edit, the title of this contact or any other reference information that you want to track.
Enter up to 30 characters for this contact. For example: "check run 10th & 25th of month" or "if no ans. press 479."
This screen accesses the CUST_ADDR_CNTACT (Customer Address Contact) table.
