Use this subtask to maintain contacts by invoice for the customer being invoiced. It contains the contact name, phone numbers, title and general comments.
You can also maintain contacts in the Customers screen (Accounting\Maintain\Customers) and in the Receivables and Collections Inquiry screen (Accounting\Review\Accounts Receivable). Any contacts that you enter in the Receivables and Collections Inquiry screen will display in this subtask.
Invoice Number, Customer Account, Customer Name
These non-editable fields display the Invoice Number, Customer Account, and Customer Name from the main screen.
Enter a unique ID code (up to 10 characters) to this customer for this contact's name and phone numbers. When printing invoices or bills, you can then have the bill sent to the attention of this contact ID.
For example: You could use a contact ID of "CONOFC" to identify the contracting officer for each customer.
Enter the first name (up to 20 characters) of the contact.
Enter the last name (up to 25 characters) of the contact. The table is sorted by this field.
Enter the primary phone number (up to 25 characters) for this contact.
Enter the fax number (up to 20 characters) for this contact.
Enter any other phone number (up to 25 characters) you need for this contact, e.g., an alternate line or main switchboard.
Enter the title of this contact (up to 25 characters) or any other reference information that you want to track.
Enter up to 30 characters for this contact. For example: "Check run 10th & 25th of month" or "If no ans., press 479."

Changes in this screen update the CUST_ADD_CNTACT (Customer Additional Contact) table.
