Use this subtask to view check information related to a particular voucher in the Vouchers subtask. It does not list all payment information for a particular vendor.
To access all checks written to a particular vendor, use the Checks Disbursed link on the main screen.
You can access this non-editable subtask only from the Vouchers subtask. Highlight the voucher in the Vouchers table window for which you want to see payment information, and select the Checks Disbursed link.
This subtask is available even if you have issued checks against the voucher.
Vendor, Vendor Name, Location, Vchr, Trans Curr, Cost Amt, Amt Remaining
These non-editable fields display the vendor, vendor name, location, voucher number, transaction currency code used when you entered the voucher, cost amount, and amount remaining on the voucher expressed in the transaction currency from the Vouchers subtask.
Total Func Currency Amount Paid
This field displays the total amount paid on this voucher, in your company's functional currency.
Total Trans Currency Amount Paid
This field displays the total amount paid on this voucher, in the vendor's transaction currency.
This field displays the check number used to pay the selected voucher.
This field displays the fiscal year to which the system or manual check was entered into Costpoint. If the check is a system check, it will be available in this inquiry once you have printed and saved the check.
If the check is a manual check and was entered in the Check tab of the Enter A/P Vouchers or the Enter PO Vouchers screen (Accounting\Transactions\Vouchers), you must post the voucher before it can be viewed in this screen.
If the check was entered in the Record Manual Checks screen (Accounting\Transactions\Checks), you must post the voucher before it can be viewed in this screen.
This field displays the period to which the system or manual check was entered into Costpoint. If the check is a system check, it will be available in this inquiry once you have printed and saved the check.
If the check is a manual check and was entered in the Check tab of the Enter A/P Vouchers or the Enter PO Vouchers screen (Accounting\Transactions\Vouchers), you must post the voucher before it can be viewed in this screen.

This field displays the subperiod to which the system or manual check was entered into Costpoint. If the check is a system check, it will be available in this inquiry once you have printed and saved the check.

This field displays the posting sequence number that was used when the check was posted.
Since a check printed in Costpoint does not have to be posted to appear in this inquiry, the Post Seq field will be blank if you have not posted the check to the General Ledger.
This field displays the check date.
This field displays the joint payee, if any.
You can assign a joint payee to a voucher in the Address tab of the Enter A/P Vouchers screen (Accounting\Transactions\Vouchers) or the Enter PO Vouchers screen (Accounting\Transactions\Vouchers) before posting the voucher.
You can also assign a joint payee to a voucher in the Edit Voucher Payment Status screen (Accounting\Process\Pay) afteryou have posted the voucher and beforeyou print the check.
This field displays the currency of the vendor that was used to pay the voucher.
This field displays the amount of the check that was applied to the voucher in the vendor's pay currency.
The voucher amount paid does not necessarily equal the total amount of the check. If you used this check to pay many of this vendor's vouchers, in part or in full, this amount reflects only that portion of the check that went toward this particular voucher.
Trans Currency Voucher Amt Paid
This field displays the amount of the check that was applied to the voucher in the vendor's transaction currency. The transaction currency is the currency of the voucher that the vendor sent you. This may or may not be the same currency that you will use to pay the voucher.
The voucher amount paid does not necessarily equal the total amount of the check. If you used this check to pay many of this vendor's vouchers, in part or in full, this amount reflects only that portion of the check that went toward this particular voucher.
Func Currency Voucher Amt Paid
This field displays the amount of the check that was applied to the voucher in your company's functional currency.
The voucher amount paid does not necessarily equal the total amount of the check. If you used this check to pay many of this vendor's vouchers, in part or in full, this amount reflects only that portion of the check that went toward this particular voucher.
If a discount was taken on the voucher, this field displays the amount of the discount stated in the currency used to pay the voucher.
If a discount was taken on the voucher, this field displays the amount of the discount expressed in the currency of the voucher.
If a discount was taken on the voucher, this field displays the amount of the discount in your company's functional currency.
If a check written against a voucher is voided, this field displays the date on which the check was voided. You can void checks in the Print/Void A/P Checks screen.
If a check written against a voucher is voided, this field displays the fiscal year in which the check was voided. You can void checks in the Print/Void A/P Checks screen.
If a check written against a voucher is voided, this field displays the period in which the check was voided. You can void checks in the Print/Void A/P Checks screen.
If a check written against a voucher is voided, this field displays the subperiod in which the check was voided. You can void checks in the Print/Void A/P Checks screen.
This field displays the general ledger account from which the check was written.
The cash account and organization are linked to a vendor through the cash account abbreviation. You assigned the cash account abbreviation to a vendor in the Vendor User Flow screen (Accounting\Maintain\Vendors). However, you can change the cash account abbreviation in the Header Info tab of the Enter A/P Vouchers screen or the Enter PO Vouchers screen (Accounting\Transactions\Vouchers) before posting the voucher.
This field displays the organization from which the check was written.

This field displays the check status from the history tables. There are five possible statuses: "O" (Outstanding), "C" (Cleared), "V" (Void), "S" (Stop Payment), or "P" (Purged).
This screen accesses the VEND_CHK (Vendor Check) and the VEND_CHK_VCHR (Vendor Check Voucher) tables.
