USER PRODUCTIVITY

Use this subtask to view user IDs and names of individuals who completed the selected workflow activity and the average transfer time, average activity time, and average time to complete. It shows the number of cases of a completed activity for a particular user, which will allow you to review user productivity and efficiency. The information shown is only for one workflow, subsystem, status, filter, value, activity, and option.

Note: The average times displayed represent "total elapsed time," which includes evenings, weekends, and business holidays. Please factor this into your comparison of user productivity. You may also want to drill-down to the User Case subtask if there were special circumstances for particular cases.
