Use this subtask to view the current activities that should be completed for the selected workflow and filter value. All the prerequisites for these activities have been completed. If the workflow definition included routing for a current activity, the activity is in a user's inbox at this time. The screen shows the number of cases for each current activity for the workflow. You can use this subtask to check for current bottlenecks in completing workflows. The information shown is only for one workflow, subsystem, status, filter and value.
This subtask is active when you select a workflow with an in-progress status in the table of the main Audit Inquiry screen.
These non-editable fields display the workflow, subsystem, status, filter and value from the main Audit Inquiry screen for which you are viewing current activity information.
The current activities for the workflow are displayed in this column.
This column displays the number of cases for each current activity of the workflow.
Select this pushbutton to open the Activity Case subtask for the selected workflow, subsystem, status, filter, and value. From there you can "drill down" into the Activity Routing subtask.
