ACTIVITY CASE

Use this subtask to view cases, case values, transfer date/time, starting user ID, and starting date/time for current activity. You can identify how long each activity has been current and whether an activity has been started. The information shown is only for one workflow, subsystem, status, filter, value, and activity.

This subtask is active if rows display in the table window of the Current Activities subtask.

Workflow, Subsystem, Status, Filter, Value, Activity

These non-editable fields display the current workflow, subsystem, status, filter, value, and activity from the Current Activities subtask for which you are viewing current activity information.

Table Window

Case

This column displays the workflow cases for the current activity.

Case Values

This column displays the workflow case labels and values for the current activity.

Transfer Date/Time

This column displays the date and time the workflow activity for the case was transferred into a user's inbox.

Starting User ID

This column displays the user ID of the individual who started the workflow activity for the case.

Note: Starting Date/Time and Starting User ID may be blank if the activity has not been started.

Starting Date/Time

This field displays the date and time the user started workflow activity for the case.

Case Notes

Any special notes for a particular case of the workflow are displayed in this column.

Activity Routing

Select this pushbutton to open the Activity Routing subtask for the selected workflow, subsystem, status, filter, value, and activity. The Activity Routing subtask provides the lowest level of detail for an in-progress activity and option.
