ACTIVITY ROUTING

Use this subtask to view the role, user ID, and user name for a current activity. This subtask includes the roles or users whose inbox the activity is in. The information shown is only for one workflow, subsystem, status, filter, value, activity, ]\ and case.

You can access this subtask either through the Activity Case or Activities subtasks.

This subtask is active if rows display in the table of the Activity Case subtask.

Workflow, Subsystem, Status, Filter, Value, Activity, Case

These non-editable fields display the current workflow, subsystem, status, filter, value, activity and case from the Activity Case subtask for which you are viewing current activity routing information.

Table Window

Role

This field displays the role to which the activity was routed. All users within this role will see this activity in their inboxes. If the activity was routed using filtering, or a user assigned this activity to himself only, this field will be blank.

User ID

This field displays the User ID of the individual that received this activity in the inbox. If more than one User ID is listed, the activity was routed using role filtering. If there is only one user listed, then either the activity was routed using role filtering or the user assigned the activity to himself only.

User Name

This field displays the user name of the individual that received this activity in the inbox.
