CASE

Use this subtask to view the case, case values, starting date/time, completion date/time, and case notes for a workflow. You can also use it to track individual workflow cases and determine their status. You can use this subtask to review system usage. The information shown is only for one workflow, subsystem, status, filter and value.

This subtask is active if rows display in the table of the main Audit Inquiry screen.

Workflow, Subsystem, Status, Filter, Value

These non-editable fields display the current workflow, subsystem, status, filter, and value from the main Audit Inquiry screen for which you are viewing current case information.

Table Window

Case

This column displays the workflow cases.

Case Values

This column displays the workflow case labels and values.

Starting Date/Time

This column displays the date and time the workflow case was started.

Completion Date/Time

This column displays the date and time the workflow case was finished.

Case Notes

This column displays any special notes for a particular case of the workflow.

Activities

Select this pushbutton to open the Activities subtask for the selected workflow, subsystem, status, filter, and value. From there you can "drill down" into the Activity Routing subtask.
