Use this subtask to view the activity, transfer date/time, starting date/time, starting user id, starting user name, completion date/time, and completing user ID, completing user name, and completion notes for a workflow. You can view completed activities and current activities. The information shown is only for one workflow, subsystem, status, filter, value, and case.
This subtask is active if rows display in the table of the Case subtask. Select Close on the toolbar to return to the Case subtask.
These non-editable fields display the current workflow, subsystem, status, filter, value, and case from the Case subtask for which you are viewing case activity information.
This column displays the current and completed workflow activities.
This column displays the date and time the activity was transferred into users' inboxes.
This column displays the date and time a user started the activity.
This column displays the user ID of the individual who started the activity.
This column displays the name of the individual who started the activity.
This column displays the date and time the user completed the activity.
This column displays the user ID of the individual who finished the activity.
This column displays the name of the individual who finished the activity.
Notes regarding any special occurrences are displayed in this column.
Select this pushbutton to open the Activity Routing subtask for the selected workflow, subsystem, status, filter, value, activity, and case. The Activity Routing subtask provides the lowest level of detail for an activity and option. This subtask is active if the activity has not been completed; otherwise, it is inactive.
