These fields display the vendor ID, vendor name, and location information of the line you selected on the main screen.
This field displays the advance number as it was generated by the system or assigned by the user.
This field displays the travel advance due date as it was assigned by the system, based on vendor criteria, or as assigned by the user.
This column displays the A/P voucher number of the expense report.
This field displays the type of record that you are viewing. For this subtask, this field will always be "Advance."
This field displays the date of the original advance.
This field displays the total advance requested. No repaid amounts are considered in this figure.
This group box displays the data regarding the last change of this advance request in the system.
This field displays the ID of the last user to change the advance request before it was posted.
This field displays the system date of the last change to the advance request before it was posted.
This group box displays the information that pertains to the year, period, and subperiod to which the travel advance was posted.
This column displays the line number of the A/P voucher.
This column displays the Paid By code for the expense: "E" (Employee), "C" (Company Paid), and "O" (Other).
This column displays the kind of travel expense used from your customized table of Expense Types.
This field displays the unique identifying number for the trip. This trip number represents a planned or actual trip that was the reason for the advance.
This column shows the account to which the advance was charged.
This column displays the organization to which the advance was charged.
This column displays the project, if any, to which the advance was charged.
This column displays the trip start date that was entered with the expense report.
This column displays the trip end date that was entered with the expense report.
This column displays the destination that was entered with the travel advance.
This column displays the traveler's name. This will usually be the vendor ID, but can differ.
This column displays the number of items that were multiplied by the amount in the Rate column.
This column shows the rate that is associated with certain types of expenses and is multiplied by the Units column.
This column displays the expense amount. If the Units and Rate columns are used, this will be the product of those two columns. If the Units and Rate columns are not used, this is the expense amount entered from the expense report.
This column displays the taxability of the travel expense items: "N" (Non-taxable), "S" (Sales tax), and "U" (Use tax).
This column displays the tax code status of the travel item.
This column displays the amount of sales tax based on the Taxable and Sales Tax Code columns.
This column displays the amount of use tax applicable to the travel item based on the Taxable and Sales Tax Code columns.
This column displays the total expense amount less any sales tax amount.
This column displays the relocation status of the expense amount: "Y" (relocation amounts) and "N" (non-relocation amounts).
This column displays the type, if the expense was for relocation.
This column displays the transportation code for tracking travel expenses. These codes are maintained in the Transportation Info screen.
This column displays the ticket or unique item number, if there is one.
This column displays the descriptive information entered for this advance.
If you have designated a label for this field, it will display as the field heading and the column may be populated with the data entered with the original advance request.

This column displays the 1099 status of the vendor. If the checkbox is selected, a 1099 is required.
This column displays the 1099 type of this vendor.
This column displays the abbreviation, if any, of the project that is listed in the Project column.

This column displays the abbreviation, if any, for the project and account combination.
