Use this screen to analyze those travel items that have already been matched. Because it is possible to match many items at one time on the Match Company Paid Expenses screen, the matching may occur without an item-by-item inspection. You can use this screen to analyze those matched items by vendor, traveler, trip number, expense type, and expense report number or voucher number.
To prepare the most comprehensive report can be prepared by leaving all Vendor, Traveler, Trip No, Exp Type, and Exp Rpt No/Voucher No fields blank and clicking the Execute button on the toolbar. This will produce a table populated with all matched travel items. To prepare a report with more specialized information, enter information into the fields in this screen and click the Execute button.
Run this inquiry at any time to view matched items for the current or prior periods. Because travel items can be expensed and matched in different periods, this inquiry can be helpful to view travel expenses that were incurred in one period and then matched in another. To obtain the most accurate information, refrain from performing this inquiry when new matches are being created in the Reconcile Unmatched Expenses or the Match Company Paid Expenses screens.
