This field displays "Y" (Yes) or "N" (No) depending on whether or not the status of this item is active.

This column displays the ID of the project to which this item is assigned.

This column displays the project type as defined in the Maintain Project Types screen in Costpoint Project Setup.
This column displays the active status of the project, "Y" (Yes) or "N" (No).
This column displays the starting date of the project.
This column displays the ending date of the project.
This column displays the safety stock quantity. This amount will be combined with other requirements to generate reorder information for materials planning.
This column displays the quantity of this part you need in inventory.
This column displays the target inventory quantity for this part. This quantity is used in addition to the reorder point to sustain an inventory level for this part for planning purposes.
This column displays the preferred warehouse where this part will be received.
This column displays the preferred warehouse location where this part will be received.
This column displays "Y" (Yes) or "N" (No) depending on whether or not QC acceptance/inspection is required for this part/project.
This column displays "Y" (Yes) or "N" (No) depending on whether or not source inspection is required for this part/project. A government source inspection normally requires the vendor to obtain approval from a government inspector before the material can be shipped.
This column displays "Y" (Yes) or "N" (No) depending on whether or not the vendor must submit a certificate of conformance when this part is ordered for the specified project. A certificate of conformance is a legal document certifying that the materials conform to certain specifications and requirements. It is issued by the vendor.
This column displays "Y" (Yes) or "N" (No) to indicate whether or not lot numbers for this part will be tracked when used with this project.
This column displays "Y" (Yes) or "N" (No) to indicate whether or not serial numbers for this part will be tracked when used with this project.
