This column displays "Y" (Yes) or "N" (No) to indicate whether or not the vendor must submit a certificate of conformance when this part is ordered for the specified project. A certificate of conformance is a legal document certifying that the materials conform to certain specifications and requirements. It is issued by the vendor.
This column displays "Y" (Yes) or "N" (No), depending on whether or not the system tracks lot numbers for this part when used with this project.
This column displays "Y" (Yes) or "N" (No) depending on whether or not the system tracks serial numbers for this part when used with this project.
