Use this subtask to view project labor grouped by the General Labor Category (GLC) charged. Employee timesheet detail is posted to the Labor History table as part of the Labor Distribution posting. The process that creates the report table for the Labor Summary report summarizes this information by project, fiscal year, period, subperiod, and GLC.
Because data displayed in the table window is from the Project Labor Summary Report table, you must create that table for the project and subperiod needed before using the inquiry.

This non-editable field displays the rate type from the main screen.

The labor summary table window summarizes labor charges for the project and organization selected by GLC. The table window displays current subperiod, period-to-date, Year-to-Date (YTD), and Inception-to-Date (ITD) hours and amounts charged to each GLC. The current subperiod and period are those you selected, and are carried forward from the main screen. The YTD and ITD fields are as of the subperiod selected.
Click this button to view employee detail for the selected GLC. This detail is also stored in the Project Labor Summary report table.
