The Text Search Tool

Use the text search tool to search for a keyword in text-based assets. ConceptShare highlights keyword matches to support feedback and comments associated with them.
Note: Highlighted words require that the document is loaded fully before they are visible.

Click Next or Previous below the Search field to move between each match on text pages.

The text search tool also enables you to provide references to external websites or to other assets within ConceptShare. This is useful when you want to highlight excerpts within one text-based asset that relate to content in a reference asset.
Tool Option Description
Link to asset Use this option to link a searched text to an asset within the project.
Link to URL Use this option to link a searched text to one or more URLs.
