Take Ownership of a Review

The Take Ownership function applies to reviews assigned to either a team of which you are a member, or a role to which you or your team is assigned. If you are a member of a group to which a review is assigned, that review will be displayed on your Work screen as well as your team members'. Any team member can then claim the review item.

To take ownership of a review:

1. Log into your account.
2. In the Navigation panel, click Work.
3. On the Work screen, select the check box to the left of the item that you want to claim, and click Take Ownership from the main toolbar.
4. In the Take Ownership dialog box, select the team or role from which you want to claim the review, and click OK.
   Once you claim a review, ConceptShare assigns the review to you, and will remove it from your team members' Work screens.
