Manage a Project

From the Projects dashboard, you can perform basic administrative tasks such as export, archive or delete a project. You can also create a feedback summary for a project, as well as update the details of a project.

To manage projects:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. In the Navigation panel, click Projects.
  3. On the Projects dashboard, select the checkbox to the right of a project, and click any of the following options from the main toolbar:

    Edit Click this option to update any of the fields in your project, except Workflows, which cannot be changed once it has been saved.
    Open Click this option to open the project. Access project-specific information via the Activity, Info, Reviews, Assets, Resources, and Settings tabs.
    Create Feedback Summary Click this option to open the feedback summary dialog box. A feedback summary is a PDF with information on all the assets and reviews in your project. The feedback summary compiles information related to the default feedback summary settings.
    Archive Click this option to archive the selected project or projects. Archiving a project hides it, as well as its contents from ConceptShare.
    Delete Click this option to remove the project and all of its contents from ConceptShare.
    CAUTION: This action cannot be undone.
    Alternatively, right-click a project and select an option from the same set of actions.
