Flagging Feedback Items: Frequently Asked Questions

This topic answers frequently asked questions about flagging.

  1. Where else can I view or use feedback flags?

    A: Flags are only visible in the Proofing Workspace or in the Feedback Summary.

  2. Can I use more than one feedback flag per comment?

    A: No. There can be only one flag/resolution per piece of feedback.

  3. Can I apply a feedback flag resolution to a non-flagged comment?

    A: No. Only a comment with a flag can be updated with a resolution.

  4. What review role permission is required to resolve flags?
    A: Your Review role must have the following permission(s) set to Yes:
    • Resolve Feedback Flags

  5. What is the default flag?

    A: Your default flag type is the last flag used. The default flag can be changed by clicking the flag icon a second time.

  6. Will I be notified if someone flags or resolves a feedback flag?

    A: There are no email notifications linked to flags and resolutions.
