Add Review Role Dialog Box

Use the options in this dialog box to customize a Review role that you created.

Review Response	This setting determines the Review response that is required for the role. None Must Respond Must Approve

Permissions

Setting	Description
Use Feedback Flags	This setting determines if the user can use feedback flags in the Proofing Workspace.
Resolve Feedback Flags	This setting determines if the user can use feedback flag resolutions to resolve flags.
See Asset comments	This setting determines if the user can see comments on Assets.
Add Asset comments	This setting determines if the user can add comments to Assets.
Promote comments	This setting determines if the user can promote comments.
Edit their own Asset comments	This setting determines if users can modify their own Asset comments.
Edit any Asset comments	This setting determines if the user can modify Asset comments added by other users.
Delete their own Asset comments	This setting determines if users can modify their own Asset comments.
Delete any Asset comments	This setting determines if the user can delete Asset comments by other users.
View Asset comment replies	This setting determines if the user can view Asset comment replies.
Add Asset comment replies	This setting determines if the user can reply to Asset comments.
Edit their own Asset comment replies	This setting determines if users can modify their own Asset comment replies.
Edit any Asset comment replies	This setting determines if the user can modify Asset comment replies by other users.
Download Assets	This setting determines if the user can download Assets within the Proofing Workspace.

Review Notification Preferences

Setting	Description
Receive Review invitations	This setting determines if users will be notified through email when they are invited to participate in a Review.
Receive an email when one of the Assets under Review has been versioned	This setting determines if the user will receive an email when one of the Assets under Review was versioned. Note: This setting requires that a due date and reminders be set on the Review.
Receive reminder emails	This setting determines if the user will receive reminders through email.
Receive an email when the Review has been deleted	This setting determines if the user will be notified by email when a Review was deleted.
Receive an email when the Review details have changed	This setting determines if the user will be notified by email when the Review details have been updated.
