Email Notifications
Certain events in ConceptShare trigger email notifications that keep you up to date on activities that happen in the reviews and notify you of work assignments.
ConceptShare sends the following email notifications:

| Account Setup and Access | Account Created (Welcome message with account information) | Triggered when an account is created and sent to the account owner |
| User Invited (User invited to ConceptShare account) | Triggered when a user is created and set in an active state, when user clicks to have the invitation resent from the login screen, and when an administrator clicks to resend the invitation | |
| Forgot Password (Link to create a new password) | Triggered when a user clicks Forgot password link on login page or by account admin | |
| Projects | Project Export (email with link to assets in that project and a copy of the feedback summary) | Triggered when a user requests a project export |
| Project Invitation (user invited to a Project) | Triggered when a user is added to a Project | |
| Reviews | Review Invite (invite to submit feedback and/or approvals in a review) | Triggered when a user is invited to a review |
| Review reset (review update to reviewer) | Triggered when assets are updated with new versions | |
| Review updated (review update to reviewer) | Triggered when edits are made to an existing review | |
| Review Completed (review update to review owner) | Triggered when a reviewer has completed submitting feedback/approvals in a review | |
| Reminders | Review or To Do due soon (an uncompleted review or to do assigned to you is due soon) | Up to four review/to-do reminders can be enabled on each review by the review creator |
| Assets | Asset Created (Asset uploaded to a Project) | Triggered when an asset is uploaded to a project |
| Asset Versioned (New Asset version uploaded to a Project) | Triggered when a new Asset version is uploaded to a Project | |
| User Commented on asset (another user has commented on an Asset) | Triggered when another user replies to a comment | |
| User replied to comment on asset (another user has replied to a Comment) | Triggered when a comment is replied to

| Email Digests | Comment Digest: Summary of comments (with related threads) recently made in a project | Users can create Comment Email Digests to be sent in daily or timed formats |
| Asset: Summary of assets recently updated/added in a project | Users can create Asset Email Digests to be sent in daily or timed formats | |
| Feedback Summary | Feedback Summary of the comments on asset(s) at the time of the request is available (link to Feedback Summary based on criteria outlined by creator) | Triggered when a user requests a Feedback Summary to be sent to his/her email address or another email address |
