Edit Account Callbacks

Make changes to your account callbacks. Your access to these settings is dependent on your version of ConceptShare.

Important: Account Callbacks are available only in the Enterprise or Integrated Edition of ConceptShare.
You must be an Account Administrator. If you are using a custom Account role, it must have the following permission(s) set to Yes:
  • Manage Account callbacks

To edit an account callback:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. At the top right corner of your screen, click the Gear Wheel > Account Callbacks.
  3. On the Account Callbacks dashboard, right-click the account callback that you want to edit, and select Edit.
  4. In the Edit Account Callback dialog box, make the necessary changes and click Save.
