Create a Smart Folder

Create Smart Folders so you and other users can easily find and access items in ConceptShare. Your access to these settings is dependent on your version of ConceptShare.

Important: Smart Folders are available only in the Enterprise Edition of ConceptShare.
You must be an Account Administrator. If you are using a custom Account role, it must have the following permission(s) set to Yes:
  • Add, edit or delete all Public Smart Folders
  • Add, edit or delete their own Private Smart Folders

To create a Smart Folder:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. At the top right corner of your screen, click the Gear Wheel > Smart Folders.
  3. On the toolbar of the Smart Folders dashboard, click Add .
  4. In the Add Smart Folder dialog box, specify the folder criteria. For information about the fields and options, see Add Smart Folder Dialog Box.
  5. Click Save.
