Add Account Callbacks

You can add callbacks to your ConceptShare account. Your access to these settings is dependent on your version of ConceptShare.

Important: Account Callbacks are available only in the Enterprise or Integrated Edition of ConceptShare.
You must be an Account Administrator. If you are using a custom Account role, it must have the following permission(s) set to Yes:
  • Manage Account callbacks

To add an account callback:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. At the top right corner of your screen, click the Gear Wheel > Account Callbacks.
  3. On the Account Callbacks dashboard, click Add .
  4. On the Add Account Callback dialog box, specify the Account Callback details. For information about the fields and options, see Add Account Callback Dialog Box
  5. Click Save.
