Change Your Password

If you forget or want to update your password, you can change your password on the login page in ComputerEase Mobile.

To change your password:

1. On the login page of ComputerEase Mobile, tap Use Password To Login.
2. Tap Forgot password.
3. On the Forgot Password page in your browser, enter your email in the Email Address field.
4. Tap Send Email.
5. Open the email with the subject "[External] ComputerEase Identity Password Reset" from [e-mail].
6. In the email, open the link provided.
7. On the Update Password page, enter your new password in the New Password field and Confirm Password field.
8. Tap Update.
