Create/Edit a Contact Lookup Populated with Commas for CRM

Defect 1734410: When you used a lookup on the Create/Edit A Contact dialog box (CRM > Create/Edit A Contact), the Name column on the Contacts - Lookup window is populated with a comma if no first or last name was entered.
