Enhancements

This section includes enhancements in this release.

Filtering of GPS Events with Low Accuracy

Location accuracy is now improved to filter out inaccurate readings due to the inconsistent service of a mobile device. This ensures that geofence departures and arrivals are recorded accurately based on precise location data for geofence notifications.

Geolocation Information Attached to a Job in a Time Entry Without Using Notifications

When you create a time entry offsite or at a later time, ComputerEase Field now checks for corresponding geofence entries for the time period or date covered and attaches it to the time entry.

Note: ComputerEase Field never tracks the user and only accesses your device location information to identify the time when your device is in a job geofence.

Payroll Administrators can run a QTool report using ComputerEase to view time entries with attached geolocation information, even if the user did not interact with a notification.

ExpenseEase Inaccessible for Login and Account Creation

You can no longer access ExpenseEase and will need to install ComputerEase Field. This includes the following:

• When you try to login to ExpenseEase, a dialog box is now displayed for your invalid login.
• When you try to access your account management for ExpenseEase, the page will no longer be available.

Duplicating Time Entries Displays Edit Time Entry Screen

When you tap Duplicate for a time entry, the Edit Time Entry screen is now displayed. This enables you to quickly change the copied information for the duplicated time entry as needed.

Approvals Screen Enhancements

The following enhancements were made on the Approvals screen:

• The default period displayed is now the earliest period with time entries pending for approval
• The default starting day of the week is now based on the payroll setting configured in ComputerEase
