Recover Your Password or User ID

Use this procedure to recover your password or user ID.

To recover your password or user ID:

  1. In the Cobra Login dialog box, click Forgot your password or user ID?.
  2. In the Forgot Password dialog box, do one of the following:
    • To recover your password, select the I forgot my password option and enter your user ID.
    • To recover your user ID, select the I forgot my user ID option and enter your email.
  3. Click the Send button to receive either a temporary password or your user ID at the email address associated with your user ID, depending on the selected option.
