Forgot Password Dialog Box
Use this dialog box to recover your password or user ID.

| I forgot my password | Select this option to recover your password using your user ID. After you enter your user ID and click the Send button, a temporary password will be sent to the email address associated with that user ID. |
| User ID | Use this field to enter your user ID. |
| I forgot my user ID | Select this option to recover your user ID using your email. After you enter your email and click the Send button, your user ID will be sent to the email address associated with it. |
