Use this page to configure access and assign control countries for users and groups in the project you are creating.
Authorized Control Countries Grid
Use this grid to assign country-specific access permissions to users and groups for the project you are creating. This grid is available only when the Enable Authorized Control Countries Validation option is selected on the Settings tab of the Systems form in PPM Administrator.
Only the project owner and members of the SYSADMIN group are permitted to manage the Authorized Control Countries list. The grid is disabled for all other users, including those with project access or owner delegate rights.
Use the Add button to display the Lookup dialog box and select countries to include in the Authorized Control Countries list. Use the Remove button to delete a country from the list.
Access Control List Grid
Use this grid to define which users or groups will have access to the project you are creating.
Each access control entry supports a read-only flag, which the project owner—or a member of the SYSADMIN group—can use to override the default access rights assigned to a specific user, group, or role.
You can update access and assign control countries to users and groups in the project later through the Access Control tab in the Project Properties dialog box.
If the Authorized Control Countries (ACC) feature is enabled, the guidelines for assigning users and groups to the project’s access control list (ACL) based on ACC assignments apply.
