	SlipByDate	Determines the new start date which can be either be earlier or later than the start date of the control account being copied.
	ToCA1	Determines the first control account field of the new control account.

	ToCA3	Determines the third control account field of the new control account.
	ToDescription	Determines the description of the new control account.
	ToProject	Determines the project's Id (name) where the control account will be copied.
