Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Synchronize Status Dates

Use the Synchronize button on the General tab of the Project Properties dialog box to change the status date if TODATE is not properly labeled at project creation time without advancing the calendar.

Note: This option does not have all the functionality of advancing the calendar and should not be used as an alternative to the advance calendar function once the project is underway.

To synchronize status dates:

  1. Display the Project Properties dialog box and select the General tab.
  2. Click Synchronize.
  3. Click Apply to save the changes.
