Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Open Status Tab of the Project Properties Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to see who is currently using a Cobra project without accessing EPM Security Administrator (EPM SA).

You can secure this tab, click Projects > Project Information > Open Status in the EPM SA tool.

Field Description
User ID This column displays the ID of each user with the project open in Cobra Explorer.
Machine ID This column displays the ID of each machine where the Cobra project is open.
Opened On This column displays the date and time when each user accessed a Cobra project.
User Name (Phone) This column displays the name and phone number of each user from the EPM SA tool.
