Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

General Information Page of the New Calendar File Wizard

Use this page to enter information for the new calendar file.

Calendar files are used to define fiscal periods for grouping of time-phased data, such as budgets and forecasts. In addition, calendar sets can be created within the calendar file to specify how data will be reported. This wizard guides you through creating a calendar file.

Field Description
Name Use this field to enter a name for the new calendar file that you want to create. This field defaults to New Calendar 1. If this name is in use by an existing calendar, the number increments.
Description Use this field to enter the description for the new calendar file. You can modify this information after you have created a calendar file on the General tab of the Calendar File Properties dialog box.
