Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Get Narrative Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to copy existing narrative text.

Field Description
Copy narrative from previous period Select this option to copy the narrative text from the previous period into the current period for the current category.
Copy narrative from child codes to parent code Select this option to copy the narrative text from the child codes into the selected code. This option is enabled only if the selected code has child codes.

Cobra copies narrative text entered at the work package level to its control account.

Copy narrative for all categories

Select this option to copy the narrative text from all categories for the selected code file code, not just the displayed category.

Copy narrative only from Control Accounts

Select this option to copy only the narrative text from control accounts. This option is available only if you selected the Copy narrative from child codes to parent code option and if a control account is selected in the Results pane. This option is relevant only if the WBS (work breakdown structure) is assigned to the Key Field 1.
