Cost Breakdown (Performance and Variance) (P.P.A.3) screen that displays
details for the selected project.Use this screen to display summary variance information for sub-tasks below the level of project selected in the Navigation. The columns include Total Variance and Funding, with a further breakdown of variances by general cost category.
You can click on a Project ID
to launch Projects
Cost Cats. (Performance and Variance) (P.P.L.1) screen that displays
tasks at the 2nd level below the selected project. Clicking
opens the Burdened
Cost Breakdown (Performance and Variance) (P.P.A.3) screen that displays
details for the selected project.
Only projects you have access to will be displayed. Selecting the All Sub-Tasks checkbox displays all tasks under the current project level selected. If EACs are created for the projects, You can opt to display a summary based on the current EAC information by selecting either Budget or EAC option buttons.
