opens the Burdened
Cost Breakdown (Budget Development) (B.P.A.3) screen, which displays
details for the selected project.Use this screen to run a report that displays summary budget information for sub-tasks below the level of project selected in the Navigation. The columns include Total Budget and Funding, with a further breakdown by general cost category.
You can click on a Project ID
to launch Projects
Cost Cats. (Budget Development) (B.P.L.1) screen that displays tasks
at the 2nd level below the selected project. Clicking
opens the Burdened
Cost Breakdown (Budget Development) (B.P.A.3) screen, which displays
details for the selected project.
Only projects you have access to will be displayed. Selecting the All Sub-Tasks check box displays all tasks under the current project level selected. If EACs are created for the projects, You can opt to display a summary of the cost budgeted based on the current EAC information by selecting either Budget or EAC option buttons.

Proj ID# |
This displays all the Proj ID numbers that the user is allowed to see based on the user’s security org ID. |
Project Title, Start/End Dates |
This information is brought in from Contract Master. |
Proj Mgr. |
The names are brought in from the Project Manager field in Contract Master. |
Funding |
This amount displays at the top project segment. |
Budget |
A red number is a negative number and flags an overrun. If funding occurs at a lower level, navigate to that level to determine if it is positive or negative. |
Labor, Materials, Subcontractors, Material Handling Other, Travel, Consultants, Other Direct Costs |
These columns display the cost categories. |
