opens the Burdened
Cost Breakdown (Budget Development) (B.P.A.3) screen, which displays
details for the selected project.Use this screen to run a report that displays summary budget information for top level direct projects. The columns include Total Budget and Funding, with a further breakdown by general cost category.
You can click on a Project ID
to launch Projects
Cost Cats. (Budget Development) (B.P.L.1) screen that displays tasks
at the 2nd level below the selected project. Clicking
opens the Burdened
Cost Breakdown (Budget Development) (B.P.A.3) screen, which displays
details for the selected project.
Only projects that have budgets as well as projects you have access to based on Org Security, Project Authority, and Additional Project Reporting Rights will be displayed. If EACs are created for the projects, You can opt to display a summary of the current EAC information by selecting either Budget or EAC option buttons. You can sort the report by Project, Title, Manager, and ITD Cost.

Proj ID# |
This displays all the Proj ID numbers that the user is allowed to see based on the user’s security org ID. |
Project Title, Start/End Dates |
This information is brought in from Contract Master. |
Proj Mgr. |
The names are brought in from the Project Manager field in Contract Master. |
Funding |
This amount displays at the top project segment. |
Budget |
A red number is a negative number and flags an overrun. If funding occurs at a lower level, navigate to that level to determine if it is positive or negative. |
ITD Cost |
This column displays cost from the date the project started to the date the report is run. |
Commit |
The numbers in this column reflect unposted labor and the unfulfilled amounts from open purchase orders. |
Labor, Materials, Subcontractors, Material Handling Other, Travel, Consultants, Other Direct Costs |
These columns display the cost categories. |
