Description: When you try to upload a PDF floor plan online, you encounter an error saying "400 Bad Request".

Cause: This issue usually happens when the floor plan's file name contains special characters or punctuation marks.

Resolution: Rename or edit the floor plan's file name by removing the special characters or punctuation marks and then upload the PDF online again.
