KB #000026: Restoring Deleted Items

Description: You may need to recover projects, reports, or observation items that have been deleted.

Cause: Technical issues or connectivity problems during project or report reviews can accidentally delete items. In some cases, users may intentionally delete an item but later need to restore it.

Resolution: To restore a deleted item:
  1. Log in to your online account.
  2. On the top black bar, navigate to More > Restore Data & Audit Logs.
  3. From the available list, view and restore deleted projects, reports, observation items, and To-Dos .
Note: You can only recover deleted items within 30 days of deletion.
