Audit Trail Reporting
Use the Audit Trail Reporting feature to keep track of changes made to your Info Center and Configuration records. Audit trails are triggered when users perform update, delete, and insert actions. Auditing also applies to Info Center user-defined components
Process Server Options
A process queue is a named waiting list to which you can submit
Ajera CRM functions or processes. When the system administrator starts the process server on a workstation running
Ajera CRM, a process queue is assigned to the process server. Processes "waiting" in the queue are then run, in the order scheduled, by the process server.
Auto Numbering Overview Ajera CRM includes an automatic numbering feature that automatically generates an identification number for new records created in many Info Centers and User-Defined Components.
