Ajera Time & Expense 4.1 Help

Microsoft Entra Authentication

You can use Microsoft Entra ID to sign in to the Ajera Time & Expense mobile application.

When your administrator enables Microsoft Entra authentication, you can sign in with your account, and the mobile application securely establishes your Ajera session after your identity is verified.

First-Time User Sign-In

During your first sign-in, the Ajera Time & Expense login screen displays the Sign in with Microsoft option below the standard user name and password fields and the biometric option.

  1. On the login screen, Tap Sign in with Microsoft.
  2. On the Microsoft Entra sign-in screen, enter your email address and password.
  3. Tap Sign In.

After verifying your credentials, the system creates a session and redirects you to the application home screen.

Note: If your session has expired, you are prompted to sign in again using Microsoft Entra.

Returning Users

Returning users experience a faster sign-in flow designed to reduce repeated authentication steps.

On your next sign-in, the application may automatically start signing you in.

A brief countdown displays before this happens, allowing you to use biometric sign-in, tap Sign in with Microsoft, or Use Username and Password, or tap Cancel to sign in manually. On Face ID-enabled devices, if Face ID is enabled and you make no selection before the countdown expires, the application automatically signs you in using Face ID.
