In Deltek Ajera, the administrator sends you the Ajera API URL via email. Copy and paste the URL in the Server URL field when prompted.

Fingerprint or Face ID Authentication
Fingerprint or face ID authentication identifies you or any user digitally through fingerprint or face pattern recognition and then authorizes access to the application.
Microsoft Entra Authentication
You can use Microsoft Entra ID to sign in to the Ajera Time & Expense mobile application.
If you have biometric login enabled, Ajera Time & Expense now automatically initiates biometric authentication a few seconds after you open the application so you can get in faster without having to tap anything.
Log In to Ajera Time & Expense
Initial logins differ slightly from subsequent logins.
Use this procedure to change the Server URL.

Filtering Timesheets and Expense Reports
There are several ways to filter the expense report list on the Time or Expenses screen.

A key functionality in Ajera Time & Expense is the option to designate frequently used projects as "favorites."
Log Out of Ajera Time & Expense
