Menu Bar

A menu bar is always available at the bottom part of the Time, Expenses, and Settings screens.

Aside from the menu bar, you can also perform different tasks by tapping the split floating action button (FAB) on the Time and Expenses screens. The split FAB is the primary action button used to submit a timesheet, add expense reports or expense lines, and attach a receipt using Quick Capture.

Time

This screen displays when you tap Time on the menu bar. It displays list of both current and previous timesheets. Each entry includes the timesheet period, status, and total hours. You may review timesheets from the past 10 or 30 weeks, or from a specific timesheet date.

You can view timesheets by day, week, or project by tapping the corresponding tab.

Calendar

The calendar displays when you tap Lookup Date, allowing you to select timesheet end dates. You can either tap a date within the calendar or enter the date directly into a text field (by tapping the pencil icon).

If you tap a date without an associated timesheet, the application displays a message prompting you to select another date .

Expenses

This screen displays when you tap Expenses on the menu bar. It lists all your open (unsubmitted) reports or all reports by tapping the relevant tab. If you tap All, you also can view your submitted reports (for the last 7, 30, or 90 days). The reports are sorted descending with the most recent report on the top. Tapping a line allows you to view the details of the selected expense report .
