Log In to Ajera Time & Expense

Initial logins differ slightly from subsequent logins.

To log in:

1. Tap Ajera Mobile.
   Note: Ajera Time & Expense displays as Ajera Mobile on your device. For the initial login, you log in with your username and password and then configure Ajera Time & Expense to use a fingerprint ID or face ID for subsequent logins.
2. On the Terms and Use of Service screen, tap I accept these terms.
3. On the Server URL screen, enter the mobile Server URL from the email sent by your Ajera Administrator and tap Go.
4. On the Login screen, enter your username and password in the corresponding fields.
   You can tap to verify whether you are entering your password accurately.
5. Toggle the Use Fingerprint/Face ID switch to turn it off if you prefer to consistently log in using your Ajera username and password.
   This toggle switch only displays when the fingerprint or face ID is enabled on your device.
6. Tap Log In.
   Ajera Time & Expense remembers your credentials and Server URL on your succeeding logins. To log in using a different username, tap Forget Me on this Device on Settings. All your user settings and favorites will be lost.

   When updating from a lower version to 4.0, the Ajera Time & Expense application does not retain the previously used Ajera URL. When updating the mobile application for the first time, you need to enter your username and password again. This step allows you to configure face or fingerprint ID for future logins.

   Furthermore, if the application is open for more than 24 hours, it logs you out automatically. A notification displays indicating that your session has timed out, and the login screen displays. Any unsaved changes will be lost.
